Security Camera Unit Overview

To promote a safe and progressive educational environment, the security camera department plays a vital role for the company. The camera operations team possesses clear experience and expertise. The staff are specialized in utilizing advanced surveillance technology to protect all involved parties, including staff, students, parents, visitors and the broader community.

The operations team expertly manages an extensive network of more than 3,100 strategically placed security cameras, providing continuous 24/7 monitoring, including on holidays and during special events.

Security camera operators strictly adhere to the institution’s and company’s policies through careful observation of staff conduct. The security camera department consistently delivers excellent service across all branches helping the institution maintain a safe, respectful, and law-abiding environment.

Our Security Camera Unit has successfully provided outstanding services to all branches of the school:

Classroom and Instructional Area Oversight (Internal & External)

  • Monitor general activities, especially teaching conducted by teachers and student behavior.
  • Observe incidents involving student arguments, conflicts or physical altercations of any kind.
  • Check activities when equipment or other belongings are lost or damaged, especially if caused by students.
  • Inspect electrical appliances to ensure they are properly turned off after use.
  • Monitor examination sessions to ensure there is no cheating or copying.
  • Observe to ensure there is no bullying in any form.
  • Monitor to ensure there are no threats, acts of violence or use of illegal substances.
  • Ensure there are no inappropriate physical interactions or harassment among individuals.
  • Monitor to ensure there is absolutely no illegal trading of electronic devices within the school premises.

Building Access and Entry Point Control

  • Monitor for any suspicious strangers entering or exiting the building and immediately notify the nearby SPSD department to continue observing their activity.
  • Observe visitor activity upon entry and exit; ensure they are given a company-issued identification card and are not allowed to wear helmets inside the school.
  • Monitor staff and student movements to ensure everyone properly identifies themselves upon entering or leaving.
  • Monitor visits by authorities and law enforcement; absolutely no weapons or explosives are allowed inside the school.
  • Monitor students when boarding school transportation.
  • Monitor for any criminal activities or acts of vandalism.
  • Observe and report any conflicts or fights involving students and outside individuals.

Elevator Surveillance and Safety Management

  • Check general safety when people are using the elevator.
  • Monitor for any misuse or improper technical operation of the elevator.
  • Observe if staff or students press elevator buttons for fun, which may lead to malfunctions.
  • Check the elevator when it gets stuck or stops functioning.

Night time Operations and After-Hours Security Protocols

  • Inspect the overall safety around the building.
  • Check all electronic equipment inside the buildings to ensure they are properly turned off after use.
  • Verify that staff on standby are resting in the designated locations assigned by their department heads.
  • Monitor entry and exit of standby staff to ensure they have informed their department heads beforehand.
  • Ensure that the assignment of standby personnel within the buildings aligns with company policy—for example, those assigned to buildings with vehicle storage must know how to operate a car.
  • Inspect the safety of all buildings and the entire school premises after operations have concluded.
