Finance Department

The Finance Department oversees MJQE’s financial health and operations across Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Investor Relations. We ensure compliance with Cambodian tax laws, prepare financial statements in line with Cambodia International Financial Reporting Standards (CIFRS) and manage budgets, payments and financing activities.

Our Investor Relations function ensures timely and accurate disclosures in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX).

Together, these functions support transparency, accountability and the long-term sustainability of the company.
