Office of the Founder, Chairman and CEO (OFCCEO) reports directly to the Founder, Chairman and CEO. As the Personal Office to the Founder, Chairman and CEO, the roles of this office include providing personal, executive, administrative, financial and developmental supports to the Founder, Chairman and CEO and Board of Trustees. Office of the Founder, Chairman and CEO serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Founder, Chairman and CEO. It also serves as a liaison to the Board of Trustees, Senior Management and major departments under direct supervision of the Founder, Chairman and CEO; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. In addition to that, Office of Cultural Affairs of this office also plays a role in organizing significant ceremonies and events for the company.

Responsibilities of Office of the Founder, Chairman and CEO include:

  • Coordinate with Board of Trustees and Shareholders.
  • Coordinate with all Financial matters of the company.
  • Coordinate with all departments under direct line of reports to the Founder Chairman and CEO.
  • Assist the Founder, Chairman and CEO in arranging appointments, meetings, trips and events.
  • Write and review minutes and contents for meetings, speeches, announcements, letters or other documents.
  • Monitor and update all tasks assigned to Senior Management and relevant departments and report to The Founder, Chairman and CEO.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to make sure that decisions of the Founder, Chairman and CEO and Senior Management are well shared, implemented and achieved.
  • Assist the Founder, Chairman and CEO in policy and document.
  • Assist the Founder, Chairman and CEO in book reviews for publication.
  • Assist the Founder, Chairman and CEO on all aspects of communication, both internally and externally, including with social media.
  • Review contents of news and videos relevant to the Founder, Chairman and CEO before releasing.
  • Daily monitor the Founder, Chairman and CEO’s internal/public image and reputation status to eliminate or minimize any effect of negative statement or implication.
  • Assist the Founder, Chairman and CEO of all secretarial
  • Keep all original legal and official documents of the company.
  • Keep all personal documents of the Founder, Chairman and CEO.
