MJQ History

This department was established by Neak Oknha Mengly J. Quach, MD, MPH on November 16, 2022, for the purpose of documenting the history of Mengly J. Quach Education plc and its supporting divisions in detail, especially to document the history of achievements, progress, etc. of every newly established institution under Mengly J. Quach Education and Mengly J. Quach Group.

1- Vision

MJQ History is going to be an important unit that records and compiles all the content of company history, top management, best teachers, best students, and all the activities that are the progress of the company with excellence.

2- Mission

In order to achieve its vision, MJQ History has set the following missions:

  • Collaborate with all departments to document the company's history.
  • Record the history of top management, the best staff or teachers, and outstanding students as an achievement document for MJQE and schools.
  • Record the history of important events that took place in the company.
  • Record all key points in the company's CRS for employees to follow.
  • Be prepared as document sources to facilitate the research process based on the background of each unit.
  • Collect documents from all units and keep them in the historical office for easy retrieval.

Provide historical data on MJQE, MJQ Group, and all its subsidiaries to Mengly J. Quach University Press to compile into a book.

3Action Plan

   A. Internally work

  • Collect existing data from each department representative to keep in one place for verification before compiling.
  • Interview top management or stakeholders to gather detailed data according to the research requirements.
  • Participate in meetings and events to write a history report.
  • Check the Google Calendar schedule regularly to see if there is a meeting or event related to history to participate in collecting information and reporting.
  • Train internal staff on how to compile, record, and keep the documents.
  • Collaborate with the General Secretary for the Office of Operations and the Senior Secretary of the OFCCEO on keeping records of work related to history and other affairs.
  • Fold documents (name, date, location) and place them where we can easily look for them so that the book production team can fine-tune and work on those data.

   B. Work with cross department

  • Check with every department for an event history report monthly to ensure that every event or history report is submitted properly and on time.
  • Inform each of the department representatives to alert the MJQ History team about their event so that we can participate in writing the history report.
  • Interview the responsible person for each department for data related to the history of their department.
  • Work with each department to ensure that they record details of their department history before submitting it to MJQ History.
